This page describes how Bionezis handles personal data in practice. It is not a substitute for legal advice. The formal company name (e.g. KVK registration) will be added when the Dutch operating entity is finalized.

Scope

Bionezis provides information and navigation for public preventive screening programs. Public program information remains available without an account. Optional convenience features may require registration or a paid plan when billing is enabled.

Not medical advice

Bionezis is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always verify details with official program sources and qualified clinicians.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, keep credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to compromise security.

Content accuracy

We aim to show verified, published program data. Development environments may include clearly labeled fixtures that must not be treated as live medical content. Official sources remain authoritative.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bionezis is provided as an informational service without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular medical decision. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
