Accessibility statement

This statement describes work in progress. Bionezis aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continues to improve based on feedback and testing.

Our commitment

We want people to find and understand published preventive screening information regardless of ability, assistive technology, or preferred input method. Bionezis remains an information and navigation service — not a medical device.

Measures we take

• Semantic landmarks, a skip link, and keyboard-visible focus styles on interactive controls.
• Descriptive labels and ARIA where custom widgets are used (search, selects, chat, cookies).
• Meaningful image alternatives on content pages such as About and Knowledge.
• Automated accessibility linting (jsx-a11y) in continuous integration.

Known limitations

Interactive map views and AI chat may still be harder to use with some assistive technologies. We prioritize fixes that affect reading program information, forms, and account flows.
