About Bionezis
Our story
Across Europe, there are thousands of health programmes, preventive screenings, vaccinations, and initiatives that support citizens' wellbeing.
The problem is that most people never hear about them.
Information is scattered across ministry websites, hospitals, foundations, municipalities, health organisations, and local institutions. It is often hard to find answers to simple questions:
- ?Am I entitled to a free screening?
- ?What preventive programmes are available for my children?
- ?Where can I get a health check?
- ?Which vaccinations are recommended for my age?
- ?Are there mental health support programmes in my area?
In a world where information is at our fingertips, access to health programmes remains surprisingly complicated.
That is where the story of Bionezis began.
Why we created Bionezis
We believe prevention is one of the most important investments a society can make in the health of its citizens.
Every missed screening, every skipped vaccination, and every unused preventive programme is a lost chance to detect disease earlier or stop it from developing.
We noticed that many valuable initiatives already exist. The problem is not a lack of programmes.
The problem is finding them.
That is why we set out to build one place that brings together information from many sources and helps people quickly find health programmes available to them and their families.
What Bionezis is
Bionezis is a European platform for discovering health programmes.
We connect data on:

The name Bionezis
The name Bionezis brings together two words: Bio and Noesis — life and conscious understanding.
Noesis (Greek νόησις) is a philosophical term that means:
- cognition
- understanding
- the act of thinking
- the intelligent discovery of knowledge
- Bio
- symbolises life and health
- Noesis
- stands for cognition and understanding — the thoughtful discovery of what truly matters
Together, they express the idea of a platform that helps people discover and understand ways to look after their health.
Digital sovereignty & EU hosting
Bionezis is designed with European digital sovereignty in mind. Our platform is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union (Germany), so account data and core service information are processed and stored within the EU.
